The Audrey Edna Cabin in La Honda provides a unique private gathering place for visitors. It offers breathtaking views of the Santa Cruz Mountains — and even the Pacific Ocean on a clear day.
Designed for a hike-in experience, this special destination lies within the 350-acre Alpine Ranch. POST purchased the property in 2012 in an ongoing initiative to protect 20,000 acres of redwoods in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Among its assets was a cabin built in the early 1900s, standing atop a scenic overlook. In 2018, POST reconstructed the cabin for all to enjoy, naming it the Audrey Edna Cabin in honor of a donor’s loved one.
