The Land Volunteer Team is comprised of over 160 dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable individuals who contribute to POST’s mission. There are three primary types of land volunteer teams on which you can serve. While each opportunity is different, we are proud to say that no matter what you do, you will gain a better understanding of POST projects and how these protected lands benefit you and your communities.

General Land Volunteer Requirements
While there are more specific requirements for each opportunity/team, listed below are the overall general requirements to be a Land Volunteer.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Attend one or more training sessions.
- Ability to travel to work sites or protected properties.
- Great record keeping and communication skills.
- Active e-mail address.
